Kuala lumpur and Jakarta creativity gathering for the design industry
“11 phenomenal speakers and artists // 3 unforgettable days // 500 + visionaries of a new tomorrow”
Enter the design zeitgeist! In the new infinitely variegated economy of tomorrow, where one size may fit all or all sizes fit one… where the designer is the new DJ each need has its consummation and each idea, its possibility. Leading cities have plugged into this escalating movement which has attracted the world’s youngest and brightest — capitals from Berlin, Tokyo and Chicago, to Singapore, Hong Kong and London, to Boston, Paris and New York. After all, in this world without borders, design has rapidly gained acknowledgement by industries and governments to be not only a portal to the creative spirit of our times but also a burgeoning business. Next up is Kuala Lumpur & Jakarta, which through the MASSIVE TERRITORY Design Conference, will infuse from and contribute to this rising tide of multiplicity.
The MASSIVE TERRITORY Design Conference is an assembly of cutting- edge culture jammers and tastemakers from the buzzing cities of today. This inaugural event launches the first ever of what’s set to be an annual festival for all things design. Dreamers, doers and thinkers will experience first hand the incipient pulses of new ideas, new worldviews and new movements. A hands-on, educational programme will enable them to better manipulate and balance the key components of their craft and aspirations.
At the MASSIVE TERRITORY Design Conference, substance comes first with several hard-hitting and viscerally stimulating talks and workshops. These will be given by 11 innovators flown in from around the world and handpicked from across the creative spectrum, including illustration, design, editorial, film, art & design. Here, they will each provide catalysts for new forms of inspiration and share with audiences their boundary pushing experiences.
These stars who have sent their idiosyncratic flares into the design stratosphere…..
